20 tomatillos

6 serrano peppers

1 onion

1 1/2 spoon of chicken bouillon

1 bunch cilantro

3 avacados

Boil peppers and tomatillos until they turn light green -once done blend them than pour your sauce into bowl

Chop up your onion,cilantro,and dice your avacados put into bowl and add the chicken bouillon and salt to taste

3lbs beef shanks

2 zucchini

3 carrots

5 potatoes

1 chayote

Half bunch Cilantro

4 beef bouillon cubes

2 small cans tomato sauce

2 goya seasoning pks

2 garlics

Salt to taste

In a pot put your beef shanks 2 garlics fill pot with water boil for 2hrs check the shanks half way before the 2hrs if they are soft put all veggies in add the tomatoe sauce and beef bouillon cubes keep boiling until veggies are soft enjoy with a side of rice and tortillas

2pks cut up cactus

5 tomatoes

3pks goya seasoning

2pks dry shrimp

Salt to taste

In a pot place your cactus with half onion and pinch of oregano fill with water boil until cactus is tender

In a separate pan heat up 1/3 cup oil fry all veggies -once cactus is done add it to your veggies with the goya seasoning salt to taste dry shrimp cook it for 5min than its done enjoy with tortillas
